Frequently asked questions

Which course formats can you host?

Courses built with Articulate Rise, as a Web or SCORM (1.2 and 2004) export, and PDF documents, completed once read in full. You send them to us and we set them up: nothing to install on your side.

Do learners need to create an account?

No. Each course has its own access code: learners enter it, take the course in their browser, on a computer or a phone, then enter their details to receive their certificate.

How do I track my teams’ results?

From your admin area: who took which course, with what score, and the pass rate of each course. Results can be exported to Excel and every certificate is also sent to you.

Where is the data hosted?

In Europe, kept separate for each company: an administrator only sees the results of the companies they are assigned to. Personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR.

Can you create our e-learning courses?

Yes. From your PowerPoint, PDF, Word documents or videos, we create an interactive module with a final quiz; passing it triggers the certificate.
